PB Leiner sets off for the Food ingredients Europe trade fair to reveal TEXTURA, a next generation range of texturizers. The first product in the range, TEXTURA Tempo Ready, has been nominated for the Food Innovation Awards 2019, because of its time saving properties and unseen versatility.
TEXTURA Tempo Ready is a premium texturizer, for which there is no equivalent on the market. It is a 100% pure gelatin that requires much less handling (no high sheer required, a very broad temperature range, no reagents needed, etc.), and it saves producers and home consumers alike up to 50% of their time.
Furthermore, TEXTURA is 100% natural, gluten-free, and virtually universally body-tolerant. The fact that no heat is required not only implies significant energy-saving costs, it also makes the product safe to use for children. In addition, cold-processing opens up opportunities for increased nutritional value in applications: all the goodness of vitamins can be preserved with TEXTURA.
