On Thursday afternoon the GFSI Conference 2016 ended with a controversial discussion on the evaluation and interpretation of existing data "for a different or better world?" led by John Carter, Vice President Quality Danone Dairy. The importance of a high level quality standard in food production was illustrated by Christian Mahr, Director QFS, Danone.
